Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Childrens Home Director to lead our team and provide a safe, nurturing environment for children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior level in a children's residential setting.
- A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or evidence of working towards it).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and relevant legislation.
- A passion for empowering young people and supporting them to reach their full potential.
