About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service and selling our products to new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to connect them with our cutting-edge products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
- Uncapped commission for top performers, with the potential to earn £50k - £70k per year.
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
- 25 days annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off, to treat yourself (pro-rata). Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs.
- An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
- Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan and life assurance.
- A host of Family Friendly policies e.g., neonatal leave, 14-week paternity leave, and carers leave.
Requirements
- A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points.
- Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors.
- A positive, winning attitude.
- The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections.
