We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at NonStop Consulting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide operational and motivational leadership to our Occupational Therapy team, as well as supervision and case management, guidance, support, and expert advice to Occupational Therapy and social care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Occupational Therapy team
  • Supervise and manage a small caseload of complex cases
  • Offer expert advice and support to Occupational Therapy and social care staff
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration
  • Experience of working in a statutory health or social care setting, undertaking complex OT assessments and interventions
  • Moving and handling risk assessments experience
