About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Caretaker to join our team at Equans Services Limited. As a Mobile Caretaker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality caretaking and cleaning services to designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide caretaking and cleaning services to designated schools, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with school staff and community groups.
  • Ensure all services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in providing FM services, including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems.
  • Experience in producing risk assessments and method statements.
  • Desirable experience in cleaning and caretaking management within an educational environment.
