Job Summary

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to grow their career in the conveyancing sector. You will assist Conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions from initiation to completion, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting property searches, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, working closely with Conveyancers to ensure smooth progress.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough property searches and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary information, staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and conveyancing practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient processes.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role, demonstrating a strong understanding of conveyancing principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation, ensuring precision and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and basic IT skills, adapting to new technologies and software as needed.
