Role Overview

We are recruiting a Band 5 Children's Cancer Care Nurse to join our team at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and dedication.

As a member of our team, you will deliver high-quality care to children with cancer, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will also participate in education and training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest treatments and innovations in paediatric oncology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering intravenous medication and chemotherapy to patients
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to families
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
