Job Opportunity: Community Wellbeing Coach

Salary: £23,625 per annum + Benefits - We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for annual reviews and progression.

About the Role

The successful candidate will build relationships with Probation Practitioners to support individuals in improving their personal wellbeing.

  • Holding a professional relationship with the Responsible Probation Officer (RO) to support Service Users through one-to-one and group interventions.
  • Conducting an initial assessment with all referred Service Users to determine the appropriate level of support required for their personal wellbeing journey.
  • Delivering services in various venues, including community centres and probation offices across the region.
Your Skills and Experience

We welcome applications from recent graduates or individuals with experience in social care or psychology.
