About the Role:
The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for managing a large and established team, while supporting the growth and development of our catering department. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead and guide the team to achieve commercial success, customer satisfaction, and high presentation and operation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professionals to deliver foodservice across multiple outlets, including cafes, delis, and hospitality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage functions and events to deliver high-quality hospitality services.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet business needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the catering and hospitality industry.
