Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the listed Company Secretarial function, collaborating with stakeholders to capitalise on commercial growth opportunities.
  2. Manage and deliver continuous improvement programmes to provide a best-in-class company secretarial service.
  3. Ensure governance procedures and processes adhere to best practice standards.

This role requires a CGI-qualified individual with extensive experience operating in a senior role within a large financial services group. The ideal candidate will have excellent technology skills, including proficiency in software packages such as Diligent, Board Intelligence, Otter, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
