We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team at EngineeringUK. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services that meet the needs of our business. With 80% of our procurement team sourcing external suppliers, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in supplier management, negotiation, and contract management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be working closely with our experienced colleagues to learn from them and contribute to our fast-paced team environment.

  • Selecting suppliers and negotiating deals to meet business needs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Five GCSEs, including Maths and English Language, at grade 4/C
  • 64 UCAS points (obtained or predicted) from A-levels or an Extended BTEC Diploma
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
