Volunteer Retail Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Volunteer Retail Coordinator. As a key member of our shop team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our store.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate the daily activities of our shop team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the receipt, processing, and storage of donated goods, ensuring that our shop floor remains tidy and well-presented.
  • Supervise volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have a positive and productive experience.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans, creating visually appealing window displays that showcase our donated goods in an attractive and eye-catching way.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, volunteer hours, and donations received.
