Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Westcott AD Plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure asset reliability and optimize equipment performance
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) activities to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an electrically biased maintenance technician or similar role
- Proven electrical and instrumental/mechanical experience with the ability to support on mechanical tasks
- Experience in continuous/process improvement and LEAN manufacturing
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- C&G 2357 & BS th Edition
- Test and Inspection 2391/2392 (desirable but not essential)
- Training in PLC on Siemens S7 or Allen Bradley Product (desirable but not essential)
- High level of attention to detail
