About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apprenticeship Skills Trainer to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing apprenticeships in Plumbing Apprenticeship Frameworks & Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and assess apprentices on plumbing courses
- Support the development of up-to-date knowledge, skills, and behaviors
- Build good relationships with apprentices, manage a caseload, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and organizations
- Maintain accurate records of student progress via tracking systems and e-portfolios
Requirements
- Relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher
- A1/V1 Assessors Award (or equivalent)
- Excellent IT skills
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- IQA Award is desirable
