About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of each development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce tender packs, chase returns, and compile analysis of returns to ensure accurate pricing and minimize risk.
  2. Produce sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorized and comply with Group Commercial Policy.
  3. Complete on-site measurements and assess payments to contractors to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  4. Assist the commercial manager with take-offs for land appraisals when required.
Requirements
  1. Qualified to HNC/HND level or higher with a valid CSCS card.
  2. Personal development plans and career progression.
  3. Contributory Pension scheme.
