**Job Summary**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training Coordinator, responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and executing training programs for employees. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of training and competency across our organization.
**Responsibilities**
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing training programs tailored to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective course delivery.
- Managing training logistics, including venue booking and equipment arrangement.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee training and competency.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Knowledge of marine legislation and competency requirements.
