As a Senior Project Manager Aviation Lead at Turner & Townsend, you'll work on a broad range of projects and programmes in Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, Utilities, and more. You'll be responsible for leading teams and delivering projects to client objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, quality, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams on large projects or programmes
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements

  • Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex problems and develop workable solutions
  • Experience of aviation infrastructure project management, procurement, and contract management
  • Professional affiliation or qualification with a relevant institution, such as APM, ICE, or similar
