Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at SmartSourcing plc. The ideal candidate will have experience working on CNC machines in a precision engineering environment, with a strong understanding of milling and turning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components
• Work from own initiative, adhering to standard operating procedures and work instruction documents
• Participate in continuous process improvements and contribute to team efforts
• Demonstrate high levels of efficiency and quality in output, minimizing scrap and rework

Requirements:
• Experience working on CNC machines in a precision engineering environment
• Strong understanding of milling and turning technologies
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to continuous process improvements
• High levels of efficiency and quality in output

Working Hours:
• 2 shifts: 06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00 (Friday 06.00 – 13.00 / 13.00 – 20.00)
• Weekends (time and a half) pending workload
