About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to a lady with a range of disabilities who requires assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Accompany the lady we support to appointments and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide reports as necessary
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the people we support at all times
Requirements
  • A QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake level 3
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living
  • Ability to lead by example and nurture and develop talent, both in your team members and the people we support
