About the Role

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Town Planner to join their rapidly expanding team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be involved in exciting projects across the UK, with expertise in sectors such as Residential, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure, Renewables, and Housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior members of the team in delivering a wide range of projects, including advice, planning applications, and appeals.
  • Be meaningfully engaged in all work streams and an active member of the team to help consolidate technical skills and confidence.
Requirements
  • Chartered status with RTPI.
  • Demonstrable previous consultancy experience.
  • A highly motivated commercial approach, with ability to work as part of and lead a team.
  • Be proactive and professional individual.
