We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Director to join our team at Cast UK Limited in London. As a Production Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest food quality standards are consistently met.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food production, ideally with experience in high-volume D2C production. They will also possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and allocate time effectively.

This is a highly technical and process-driven role that requires a deep passion for food and a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a food manufacturing environment. If you have a strong team player with problem-solving experience, we would love to hear from you.

About the Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the Production Director for a company in rapid growth mode and become an important element of maintaining and growing the company even further.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing direct teams and external partners. They will work closely with the Head of Food on food quality matters and ensure that the highest food quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:
  • A least 5 years' experience working in a food production - ideally frozen
  • Highly computer literate
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 minimum
  • HACCP and COSSH trained
  • Extensive SALSA experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Able to prioritize and allocate time effectively
  • Strong team player with problem-solving experience
  • Highly organized and motivated
Salary and Benefits:
