We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our dynamic Social Housing Development team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of affordable housing.

About the Role:

As a key member of our national development team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex development and regeneration projects. With a strong focus on social impact, you will have the opportunity to work with leading clients, including national housebuilders, local authorities, and registered providers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on development and regeneration projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing financial returns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, contributing to the development of new business strategies.
  • Pursue continuing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a seasoned Real Estate Solicitor with a proven track record in development law. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

What We Offer:

Salary Estimate: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Location: Our offices are located in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leicester, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Southampton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Lincoln, and Sheffield.
