Job Summary:
CES LOCUMS is seeking a highly skilled Health Safety and Wellbeing Senior Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting health assessments and screenings for employees, providing guidance on workplace health and safety regulations, and developing and implementing health promotion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for employees to identify potential health risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Offer expert guidance on workplace health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Develop and implement effective health promotion initiatives to foster a healthy work environment and improve employee wellbeing.
- Collaborate with management to create a safe and healthy work environment, addressing any health-related concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records and reports, providing valuable insights for management and HR.
- Provide first aid when necessary and conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports on occupational health matters, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor with a strong background in health and safety.
- Experience in conducting health assessments and screenings, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating health risks.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
