Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the international tax agenda, developing strategies to optimize tax efficiency
  • Contribute to business projects, providing advice on new international routes to markets, acquisitions, and integration of acquired businesses
  • Drive M&A support during due diligence, including providing advice on post-deal integration

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CTA) with International tax experience
  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Broad Finance and systems knowledge of AP / AR / Financial Control / Reporting / Commercial Spend
  • Able to influence, persuade, and communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation

Desirable Skills

  • FMC industry experience (selling to major UK multiple retailers)
  • Previous M&A exposure
  • Experience of setting up tax processes for new offices
