Senior Bar Operations Manager

Take the lead in overseeing the success of bar operations at Adecco, a leisure organisation that brings together sports and social events. As the Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience to our community.
This 12-month fixed-term contract for 39 hours per week presents an exciting opportunity to drive the bar's success alongside our sporting activities, with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and managing inventory.
- Lead the bar and hospitality team, focusing on excellent customer service, staff training, and quality control.
- Manage the provision of activities and events across two sites, with a focus on bar service during peak hours and special events.
- Act as the primary contact for members, event organisers, and external authorities.
