About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Sexy Fish Manchester. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support for a range of events, from corporate conferences to live performances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain audio and visual equipment, including sound and lighting systems
  • Assist the events team with technical setup and operation of events
  • Maintain high standards of equipment and ensure all events have adequate technical support
  • Liaise with venue managers to ensure all AV needs are met
  • Report to the Group Technical Manager on all technical expenditure
Requirements
  • Strong experience in audio and visual equipment setup and operation, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment
  • Passion for events and technology, with a keen interest in progressing your career in event production
  • Knowledge of Digico digital mixers, Pioneer DJ kit, Qsys systems, and Avolites lighting consoles is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
