Job Title: Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at WSH Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers, while maintaining high-quality standards and controlling food costs.
  • Employee Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring that their expectations are met.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, reporting on financial performance, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Menu Development and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into menus, ensuring that our offerings remain fresh and exciting.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in food cost management and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
