Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent sourcing, attracting candidates, interviewing, and hiring employees for our Construction Division. This is a full-cycle desk role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify future hiring needs and collaborate with department managers to create effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Create and modify job descriptions to meet the needs of our clients and employees.
  3. Develop and implement recruitment documents, including job postings on various channels.
  4. Screen backgrounds and conduct interviews to ensure the best fit for our company.
  5. Promote the company's brand and values through daily interactions and communications.

Requirements:
  1. Sales experience is advantageous, but not required.
  2. Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
  3. Familiarity with using databases and MS Office software.
  4. Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:
