Insurance Brokerage Manager

We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead our broking team and drive business growth for IPS Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts and relationships to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the broking department, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a collaborative environment and achieve business objectives.
- Manage client instructions, policy alterations, and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and premium collection.
- Ensure compliance with FCA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Significant insurance industry experience, preferably in broking.
- Proven track record in managing client accounts, handling complex insurance products, and achieving sales targets.
- Managerial experience and relevant industry certifications, such as Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
