Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team. As a mobile engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances. Your duties will include performing PPM Schedules and meeting set KPI Targets across various commercial sites.

You will work on a 24-hour rota for emergency call-outs, with standby allowance paid and overtime rates applying. There are plenty of overtime opportunities available, as well as future prospects and progression. You will also enjoy 23 days annual leave and the use of a van for personal use.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and well-established Building Services company specializing in M&E Engineering, including commercial gas/HVAC maintenance. You will work closely with high-profile clients, securing long-term contracts and enjoying a high level of job security.

As a Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services on a wide range of appliances, including commercial boilers/burners, oil, chillers, and air conditioning. You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have recognized industry qualifications, including gas safe/ACS commercial gas. You should have experience of working on commercial gas maintenance contracts and be able to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas appliances.

You will be a skilled problem-solver, able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
