Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at GREEN FOLK LIMITED. This exciting opportunity will give you exposure to a leading precision manufacturing business that manufactures products for various industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, and more.
About the RoleAs a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections, planning and conducting internal audits, and attending daily SQDIP meetings. You will also be required to analyze defects in materials and products, recommend corrective measures, and maintain and improve the quality of our products.
Main Duties- Inspection of Product: Conduct thorough inspections of our products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.
- Internal Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits of plant processes and working practices to ensure compliance and resolve non-conformances.
- Daily SQDIP Meetings: Attend daily SQDIP meetings, investigate, resolve, and report shop floor quality issues.
- Quality Tools Analysis: Use quality tools to analyze defects in materials and products and recommend corrective measures to maintain quality standards.
- Maintaining Quality Standards: Maintain and continually improve the quality of our products, monitor, and report quality KPIs.
- Corrective and Preventative Actions: Drive corrective and preventative actions, including process and product design improvements for procedural, product, or product deficiencies through data analysis.
- Quality Improvement Programs: Play an active role in quality improvement programs to improve products and processes by using and promoting lean thinking and processes to continuously improve.
- Customer Complaints and Warranty Issues: Process customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Quality Assurance Measures: Ensure that quality assurance measures prescribed within company procedures are adhered to at any stage of manufacture.
