We are seeking a talented and ambitious pub manager to join our team at The White Hart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Proven experience as a pub manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
• Knowledge of food and drink menus, pricing strategies, and promotions
