Orion Electrotech is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Supervisor to lead our high-volume production team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and delivery targets are met, while fostering a collaborative and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient execution of daily production plans, adhering to safety protocols and minimizing risks to people, machinery, and property.
  • Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, with strict adherence to manufacturing instructions.
  • Oversee and maintain a robust training program, ensuring all team members are properly certified and skilled for their roles.
  • Plan and prioritize workloads to align with business needs, adjusting resources as necessary to meet demand.

Requirements:
