We are seeking a skilled and motivated Classroom Leader to join our team. This temporary position offers the opportunity to lead a classroom, play a pivotal role in the education of the next generation, and gain valuable experience in behaviour management.

Salary: Up to £90 per day, including holiday pay and pension contributions.

About the Role:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects and age groups, covering KS3 and KS4.
  • Upholding the school's behaviour policy and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Keeping students engaged and on task, offering additional support where necessary.

Requirements:

  • A positive and driven attitude, with a keen desire to positively impact students' learning journey.
  • A strong classroom presence and confidence in managing behaviour, keeping classes on track with lesson plans.
  • Calmness and positivity when faced with challenging situations, adaptability to cover a range of subjects.
