About the Role

We are seeking a talented Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Medivet Ashtead. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional care to our patients and contribute to the growth of our practice.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with a strong understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency. They will also be experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional excellence in veterinary surgery, observing the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to improve colleague performance.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including health cash plan, life assurance, and access to 24-hour counselling. You will also receive 5 weeks' annual leave, rising to 6 weeks with length of service, and an additional 'Day for You' paid leave.
