Automotive Bodyshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our body shop team and drive site profitability through excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the repair centre, ensuring effective control of line managers and supervisory colleagues to meet business plan targets.
- Collaborate with team members to set output targets and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Personally address customer complaints and ensure prompt and fair resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations/policies among team members.
- Prepare accurate data and statistics for weekly and monthly reporting, contributing to regional meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and flexibility.
- Ability to deliver site performance and profitable growth.
- Excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and strong communication skills for customer service and team communication.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in a managerial position in a bodyshop or similar environment.
