We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team at MJM Industrial Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to building maintenance and repair.

• Carry out building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating to a high standard.
• Respond to queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities.
• Complete work-related documentation accurately and on time, including logs of inspections and remedial work.
• Complete reactive, PPM jobs and projects in a timely manner.
• Repair floor and wall coverings, ceiling tile repairs and replacements, and other building and installation works as required.

• Experience working in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
• Carpentry experience desirable but not essential.
• CSCS Card.
• Ability to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.
