We are seeking a highly skilled Teacher Aide to join our team at beBee Professionals in Barry, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students and teachers in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
  • Provide feedback to the teaching staff on the progress of students.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
  • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
