About Us: At Care Outlook LTD, we provide personalized care services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes in the EAST SUSSEX area.
The Role: As a Care Assistant, you will assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, toileting, and dressing. You will also perform light housekeeping tasks and observe, monitor, and record client information.
Benefits:
- We offer a competitive salary of £28,700 per annum, paid on a 40-hour week basis.
- You will receive enhanced pay rates for weekend and Bank Holiday work, ranging from £13.00 to £15.00 per hour.
- Earn a £500 welcome bonus upon joining our team.
- We cover the cost of your DBS check and provide a company-issued mobile phone.
- Our comprehensive training program ensures you have all the necessary skills to excel in this role.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.
- You must be caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate, with some flexibility to support clients in their own homes.
- We require a minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with opportunities to increase your working hours based on your preferences.
