Exciting Opportunity for a Driven Assistant Building Surveyor

Brandon James, a reputable property and construction consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Bristol.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, with a minimum of one year's experience in a consultancy environment. A RICS-accredited degree and both project and professional experience are highly desirable.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including defect analysis, TDD, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, and contract administration. They will work closely with the team to support a range of exciting projects across the South West.
