SAP Solution Architect Job Description

Rizing, a Wipro Company, is a leading provider of SAP consulting services for the Fashion, Retail, and Consumer Industries. Our team of experts offers complete solutions on SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and SAP S/4HANA Retail, tailored to apparel, footwear, fashion, and retail companies.

We have a global presence and deep industry expertise, making us a market leader in the SAP S/4 Fashion and Retail space. Our successful SAP implementations span over 50 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously or one large-scale project.
  • Take overall responsibility for the proposed solution by working with the Project Leads to design each aspect of the solution.
  • Ensure that solutions, implementation, and other relevant methodologies and tools are deployed efficiently in customer strategic workshops and deliveries.
  • Act as a key customer contact and exercise authority appropriate to particular customer requests.
  • Maintain and expand customer contact at a high level and build credible relationships with key customer personnel.
  • Contribute to consulting projects by analyzing client's business processes and designing the appropriate solution.
  • Conduct strategic level workshops with customers to drive an IT solution for acceptance.
  • Develop solution framework and implementation plan to achieve customer's business targets.
  • Oversee all project activities leading to the implementation of the solution designed.
  • Work with all stakeholders of a given project to ensure seamless and successful delivery of services to the customer.
  • Inform the relevant country organizations of customer needs/trends in the marketplace and alert them to potential long-term opportunities.
  • Work with the Project Manager/Consulting Manager and Project Leads in drafting the project plan.
  • Research on new technologies and tools to accelerate the solution development and implementation.
  • Help upgrade existing frameworks to satisfy current needs of the organization.
  • Document and disseminate knowledge within the organization and conduct regular subject matter training.
  • Provide meaningful feedback on the overall performance of project team members.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of cross-functional processes of enterprise applications or multiple technology platform proficiency with at least 10-12 years of functional and technical SAP experience and industry knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP implementation methodology.
  • A minimum of 2 complete project life cycles in an SAP Architecting role, with customer engagement.
  • Excellent influencing and persuasion skills with customers and internal project teams and management.
