About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Master Technician to lead our team of 17 vehicle technicians and apprentices in a high-end automotive environment. As a technical expert with leadership skills, you will be responsible for providing advanced diagnostics, solving complex issues, and ensuring high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: 50% of your time will be spent on hands-on technical work, providing advanced diagnostics and solving complex issues.
  • Leadership: 50% of your time will be spent leading a team of 17 vehicle technicians and apprentices, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • A Master Technician qualification with at least 2-3 years of experience working with luxury brands.
  • Leadership skills to manage a diverse team and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex automotive issues.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive salary with a range of £38,934 - £43,260 and an OTE of up to £60,000.
