We are recruiting a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Three Shires Hospital.
Job DetailsThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in theatre procedures, including positioning and preparing patients for surgery, and ensuring accurate labelling and dispatch of specimens to the laboratory.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to departmental policies on infection control and asepsis.
- Prepare patients for clinical and operative procedures, both in anaesthetics and surgery.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. They should also have experience in scrubbing for laparoscopic, gynae, urology, and general cases.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
