**Job Title:** Global Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Recruitment Consultant to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the very best talent to fuel our continued growth and success.

**Role Overview:

  • We require a skilled professional to develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy, ensuring the agency attracts top talent across all departments, from creative and production to operations and client services.

**Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy
  1. Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan: Craft a tailored approach to meet the current and future hiring needs of the agency.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
  3. Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide targeted support to ensure roles are filled quickly with high-quality candidates.
  4. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events, focusing on finding candidates aligned with our values and culture.
  5. Employer Branding: Partner with the marketing team to enhance our company's employer brand, showcasing us as a desirable workplace in the events industry.
  6. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both immediate needs and future growth, enabling us to scale effectively as we take on larger and more complex projects.
  7. Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure our recruitment practices promote diversity and inclusion, fostering a workforce that reflects the diversity of our clients and the wider events industry.
  8. Onboarding and Integration: Work closely with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into the company efficiently.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in recruitment, preferably from within the events or hospitality industries.
  • An in-depth understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • The ability to source and attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
