Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team and lead our customer-facing operations. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team achieves all quality and customer outcomes, embedding a coaching and performance management culture within your team, and creating the time, space and confidence for your team to go above and beyond for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality and Customer Outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
