Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team in the Central Belt. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out installation and servicing maintenance on commercial contracts across the region.

You will work closely with our facilities team and site-based teams to provide technical information to clients, inspect air conditioning systems, diagnose faulty equipment, and perform service and maintenance tasks on a variety of air conditioning units, including VRF systems, chillers, and heat pumps.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Time-served background in air conditioning engineering, with relevant qualifications such as HNC Level and F Gas certification. You will also need excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as experience working within an FM environment.

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits, including a company van, private health care, and 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
