About the Role

  • Location – Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
  • Salary - £55,000 - £70,000 plus 10% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve the infrastructure of the business and recommend new approaches.
  • Review existing IT protocols and processes to consistently improve ways of working.
  • Lead the delivery of pivotal technical projects, including a large-scale cloud migration.
  • Manage a small team of technical specialists, acting as a point of escalation for complex IT requests.
  • Monitor infrastructure systems, including hardware and software, to ensure smooth and secure performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues as they arise, including upgrading of outdated components.
  • Build bespoke solutions focused on secure use.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an Infrastructure or Systems Manager.
  • Experience with Linux and multi-cloud is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, networks, and patch management.
  • Proven track record delivering cloud migrations, including risk mitigation.
  • Experience motivating a small technical team.
  • Experience in the Employee Benefits or Rewards space would be desirable but not essential.
