Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hull, Yorkshire and the Humber. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and supporting students in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group tuition to students who require additional help.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing resources and materials for lessons.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring students' well-being and safety at all times.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced teaching professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our students.

Requirements:
  • Holding HLTA status or a Level 4 Childcare/Education Diploma is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience working within the Primary Sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and its application in a Primary school setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £95-£110 per day, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting the delivery of high-quality education.
