Role Overview
We're recruiting a driven Café Specialist to create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 8 hours per week. As a key team member, you will deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.

About the Job
As a Café Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Preparing expertly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers.
  2. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  3. Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
  4. Collaborating with the team as an enthusiastic and excellent communicator.
  5. Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates.
  6. Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
  7. Ensuring brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs.
  8. Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image.
  9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements
Our ideal Café Specialist will:

  5. Have hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
