We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Serve Group. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the safety of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Health and Safety management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on Health and Safety procedures.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Health and Safety management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
