About the Role

Fawkes & Reece South are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Southern commercial team. The successful candidate will work on highway and groundworks projects, providing an exceptional opportunity for career development and a stable contractor role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurate monthly forecasting and reporting
  2. Producing and sending enquiries to subcontractors
  3. Managing change and producing compensation events
  4. Collaborating with the bid and estimating team
  5. Liaising with operational and engineering staff

Requirements

  1. 2+ years industry experience
  2. Degree qualified (not essential)
  3. Civil engineering and highway experience
  4. NEC and JCT experience
  5. Main contracting environment experience (desired)
